Leadership Training for Christ (LTC) is a program designed to inspire and equip generations of youth to be leaders in their church, community, and workplace. This program encourages spiritual, mental, and social growth for students in grades three through twelve.
LTC participants have fun while developing skills in leadership, Bible knowledge, and service through participation in team and individual events and challenges.
The LTC convention is held annually on the Friday and Saturday of Easter Weekend in Kansas City.
